House attached to rear of Cliffroyd (q.v.). Probably early C19.
Herringbone-tooled coursed sandstone; roof not visible. 2 storeys and attic, 3
bays. Left of centre C20 door, in wood frame in wood-corniced stone projec-
tion. 12-pane sash to left, 16-pane to right on each floor, and 8-pane in first
floor centre; (top left window altered to casement). All windows in wood archi-
traves with stone cills. 2 dormers; each has modillioned eaves and Yorkshire
sash with glazing bars. Stepped eaves and parapet. Small brick extension at
left is not of special interest.
