House, early-mid C19. Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone. Slated roof with
stone copings and kneelers, rendered stack. 2 storeys and attic, 2 wide bays.
Off-centre C20 door in doorcase of panelled pilasters and low gabled hood.
Flanking 16-pane sashes with external shutters; similar sashes on first floor,
all with stone cills. Above door a lifebelt marked SEASCAPE, RHB. Large C20
24-pane dormer; right end chimney.
