House, probably early C19 on older foundation. Coursed sandstone, roughly-
tooled in lower courses, herringbone-tooled above. Pantiled roof with stone
dressings, brick stack. 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays, irregular. 6-panel
central door, with overlight, in plain frame. To right 16-pane sashes on both
floors. Left bay blank with a window panel on first floor. Hipped roof with
raking dormer. Left return to THE DOCK has a basement with boarded door, late
C19 sashes and another raking dormer. Left coping and kneeler, ridge stack.
