House, dated 1860 above door, much altered. Formerly the Fisherman's Arms
Public House. Rendered walls; pantiled roof with brick stack, stone ridge and
gable coping. Gable end to road 3 storeys and attic, 1 wide bay. C20 door at
right and 3-light casement at left. Large offset chimney stack projects at
left, rising just above eaves. On first floor 2 long 16-pane casements with
stone cills. Second floor 2-light C20 casement which, like that on ground
floor, has wood lintel and cill. Very small inserted light to right of
chimney. Ridge stack, set back from gable peak. Included for group value.
