House, one of a terrace, early-mid C19. Finely tooled-and-margined sandstone
with wide raised attic of incised render. Pantiled roof with stone ridge,
coping, kneeler and rendered stack. 3 storeys and attic, 1 bay. Garage door on
ground floor and a 16-pane sash on each floor above. Attic has wide modern
4-light casement in raised section and small skylight in renewed roof to left.
Left end coping, kneeler and stack. Entrance to rear, on to BRIG GARTH at
first floor level: Victorian 4-panel door in surround of pilasters and
bracketed hood. Scattered small sash windows. Included for group value.
