House and shop, part of a terrace, early-mid C19. Finely tooled-and-margined
sandstone; pantiled roof with stone ridge, coping, kneeler and stacks. 3
storeys, 2 bays. Garage on ground floor left and shop window on right. Two
16-pane sashes on each floor above. Cornice banded centre and end stacks; right
end coping and curved kneeler. House entrance to rear, on to BRIG GARTH, at
first floor level: C20 6-panel door in surround of pilasters and bracketed
hood; scattered small sash windows. Flight of stone steps on right return.
