House, part of a terrace, early-mid C19. Finely tooled-and-margined sandstone;
pantiled roof with stone ridge and copings. 3 storeys, 1 wide bay. 4-panel
door to left, small sash window to right. On first floor a canted oriel of
circa 1900 with panelled base, and glazing bars to upper sashes. 16-pane sash
on top floor. Right coping and curved kneeler. Second entrance at rear, on to
BRIG GARTH, at first floor level: boarded door in surround of pilasters and
bracketed hood. Scattered small sash windows.
