House, early C18 with alterations. Coursed sandstone of near-ashlar quality;
pantiled roof with stone ridge, copings, kneelers and stack. 2 szoreys and attic,
3 bays, irregular. Between the 2 right bays a door of 3 beaded panels with radial
fanlight, in pilaster-and-archivolt doorcase. Right 16-pane sash on both floors,
left two 12-pane sashes on each floor, all in wood architraves. Traces of original
shorter, wider windows; the present ones have been lengthened and narrowed, probably
early C19. Large C20 dormer rests on eaves. Phoenix firemark at top centre.
