Cottage, possibly converted from a wash kitchen. Possibly late C18. Incised
rendered walls; pantiled roof with stone coping and kneeler. 1 storey, 2 bays,
the right extending forward under continuous roof. Small fixed light in this
extension and boarded door in its left return. Off-centre modern glazed door and
2-light modern casement on left. Coping on block kneeler at left end. Included for
group value.
