on border with
Westerdale C.P.

Row of boundary stones running southwards over Brown Hill : 7
observed; others sunk or covered in vegetation. Circa 1835. Hard
sandstone. Square stones, about 1 m high, with roughly-rounded
tops. Inscribed on east face D (for Danby) and on west W (for
Westerdale). Whitewashed tops.
