13/62 Laurel House and
cottage adjoining
to right


House and cottage, early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with
herringbone tooling. Roof renewed in C20 pantiles; stone copings,
kneeler and stacks.

2 storeys, 2 + 1 bays. House symmetrical with central modern door
and blocked overlight. 16-pane sash windows, all under heavy-tooled-
and-margined lintels. Cottage has C20 part-glazed door and pivoted
casements. Chimneys at ends and at junction. Ridge and right end
copings, and curved kneeler.
