Former barn and boil house linked to rear of farmhouse. Circa 1832.
Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone with plinth. Roof, renewed in
concrete tiles, with stone ridge, copings and kneelers. L-plan.
2-storey barn to west has open entrance and 2 slit vents, with
loading door and another vent slit above. Boil house has doorway,
small boarded opening and right end chimney. Small link buildings
at right-angles have similar openings. West return of barn has
long boarded pitching door and small blocked opening (owl-hole?)
above. Stepped eaves; square kneelers.
