Farmhouse, C18. Coursed, squared sandstone with herringbone-tooling.
Pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers; Welsh slate on rear
extension. 2 storeys, 2 windows, no front door.

Two-stage plinth. C19 one- and two-bar casements. Square kneelers;
corniced end stacks. Door and one 12-pane sash in 1-storey left
rear extension.
