East side

GV II

House, late C18. Coursed squared tooled stone. Pantiled roof;
stone ridge, copings, kneelers, stacks. Possibly once house and
barn. 2 storeys, 3 wide bays. Half-glazed door in hearth-passage
position. Six C19 four-pane sash windows. Door and right-hand
windows have heavy lintels with well-cut false voussoirs. Left
bay has a blocked doorway with heavy lintel, and a blocked vent
slit. Slightly-swept eaves; square kneelers. Corniced chimneys
at ends and behind the passage.
