Early C18 or before in origin. 2 storeys in coursed rubble with rusticated quoins
and Welsh slate roof with coped gable ends with kneelers. 2 brick stacks at
gable ends. 3 windows, hung sashes without glazing bars under lintels with keystones.
Centre door of 6 fielded panels in slightly projecting stone rusticated surround
with keystone, and rectangular fanlight. 2 steps up and inset foot scraper.
Cavetto moulded eaves cornice. Attached outbuilding of 1 storey in coursed rubble
to right with pantile roof and plain door under wood lintel and carriage doorway.

Ness House and attached outbuilding form a group with Nos 72 and 73, and 75 to 78
(consec) which are buildings of local interest.
