House of 2 builds. First half C18. Vestigial timber frame, sandstone
and limestone coursed rubble, pantile roof, brick stacks. 3-room
hearth-passage plan, 1 room in depth. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows.
Straight joint to left of door and vestigial wall plate over central
ground floor window. C20 half-glazed door flanked by 2 C20 casements to
left and 1 to right. First floor: C20 casement to left, 2-light
Yorkshire sashes to right. Steeply pitched roof with end and ridge
stacks. Included chiefly for group considerations.
