House. Late C18/early C19. Coursed sandstone rubble with ashlar
dressings and quoins, stone slate roof, stone stacks. Central hallway
entrance plan. 3 storeys and basement, 2 bays. 2 openings to basement,
that to right blocked. 2 steps to 6-fielded-panel door beneath plain
fanlight in an open-pedimented doorcase with pilasters. Tripartite sash
bow windows flanked by pilasters and with moulded cornice. Blocked
round-arched doorway with rusticated surround to extreme right. First
floor: 16-pane sashes with stone sill band and stone lintels. Second
floor: 8-pane sashes with stone sills and lintels. Coved eaves course.
Gable coping. End stacks.
