GV II

House of two builds. Late C18. Hammer dressed sandstonere-used from
Rievaulx Abbey, pantile roof, brick stacks. To right: 2-cell central-
entry plan with former through-passage blocked by staircase. To left:
single-cell addition on different line. Small service outshut to
extreme right. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows. Plinth. Main
section, half-glazed door flanked by 2-light Yorkshire sashes with fixed
fire window to extreme right. Additional section: board door to right,
casement to left. Casement to outshut. First floor: 2 light Yorkshire
sashes. Wooden lintels throughout. End stacks and ridge stack.
