5/24 Methodist Chapel

Methodist Chapel. 1823. Squared limestone; ashlar dressings; slate roof.
Square on plan. Stone steps to central panelled double door under pointed
arch. 2-light pointed windows with Y-tracery to either side. Two 3-light
windows to rear, and a single 3-light, false window to each return front,
all with Y-tracery. Grooved stone corner scrolls to shallow pyramidal roof
which is finished with a ball and pedestal finial. Interior: original
fittings intact - panelling, pews, pulpit, lectern and table.
