House and attached stable block, now house. Mid to late C18 with C19
extension. Dressed limestone with sandstone quoins, on stone plinth;
concrete pantiles. Central stairhall plan, house extending into former
stable buildings to left. 2-storey, 4-window front. 6-panel door
approached by steps to right of centre has blocked rectangular fanlight in a
pilastered doorcase with flat hood. Former carriage entrance at end left
now converted for garage door. Lower windows are canted bays with sashes
and glazing bars, one to right of main door and 2 to the left. The upper
windows are 16-pane sashes with stone sills, under heavy, milled lintels.
