House and shop. Mid C18 with later alterations. Gable end to street.
Painted brick to street; coursed rubble sandstone to sides; pantile roof;
brick stack. 3-storeys and attic; single window. Raised quoins. Ground
floor is occupied by shop front, with half-glazed door to left of square bay
shop window with slender moulded glazing bar. Heavy cornice over. Single-
pane sashes to 2 upper floors, in architraves. Moulded string course at
first and attic levels. Coped gable with shaped kneeler. Centre stack.
Included for group value. The property was unoccupied at the time of
inspection.
