Farmhouse. Late C18, with earlier origins, and later alteration.
Coursed sandstone to rear; red brick to sides and front; pantile roof; brick
stacks. Central stairhall plan, 2 rooms deep, with service extension.
2-storey, 3-window street front, with single storey extension. Flush
quoins. Central 4-panel door, with plan, door to extension. Tall round-
headed staircase window over main door under arched surround springing from
imposts. Remaining windows are 2-light, small-paned horizontal sliding
sashes with stone sills. All openings have thin timber lintels except for
the staircase windows. Interior: fireplace with bressumer in the ground
floor room to left.
