House. Late C18. Limestone rubble, pantile roof. 3-cell direct-entry. 2
storeys, 3 first floor windows. Quoins, some with herringbone masonry. 4-
panel door with one 2-light Yorkshire sash to left and 2 to right. First
floor: 2-light Yorkshire sashes. Flat arches throughout. Gable coping,
shaped kneelers, left end stack missing, ridge and right end stacks.
Interior contains corniced stone fireplace with heck and boxed bressumer.
Cast iron range, components by Carter of Kirbymoorside and Yates of Malton.
