House. c1909-1914. By Parker and Unwin, for Joseph Rowntree Village Trust.
Pebbledashed brick, French tile roof. Gable end to street. 2 storeys, 2
bays with single-storey extension beneath catslide roof to left and 2 bay
single-storey extension to right. Gable end: 3-light casement to left,
central 2-light casement and single-light casement to right, all beneath
hung tile canopy. Extension to left set back, with single-light fixed
window. Extension to right: recent greenhouse to left and 3-light casement
flanked by buttresses to right. Party wall within this extension breaks
roof line. First floor: central brick flue breaks forward and is flanked by
3-light casements with hung tile canopies. End stack.
