House. Late C17 in origin, substantially altered C18 and C20. Whitewashed
brick, C20 plain tile roof. L-shaped on plan with central-hallway entry. 2
storeys, 5 bays. Early C19 half-glazed door beneath Gothick-traceried
fanlight in pedimented doorcase supported on slender columns. Substantial
first-floor string course. PVC windows in original openings beneath
elliptical relieving arches throughout. Steeply-pitched hipped roof.
Stacks removed at 1984 re-roofing. Interior: late C17 closed string
staircase with plain squat balusters. Landing balustrade is a C20 copy.
