3/45 Walnut Farmhouse

GV II

House. Mid - late C18. Brick in Flemish bond, French tile roof. Central-
hallway entry. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 6-fielded-panel door beneath divided
overlight. Replacement sashes with glazing bars beneath wedge lintels
throughout. First-floor band. Dentilled eaves course. Gable coping, end
stacks and tumbling in to gable ends with ties in the form of the initials
I H. Barn attached to left not of special interest.
