Implement shed with granary over. c1840. For Birdsall Estate. Limestone
ashlar, Westmorland slate roof. T-shaped on plan. East facade: 2 storeys,
5 bays. 5 elliptical arches, now blocked with brickwork and some containing
doorways, supported on cylindrical piers. Band. First floor: round-arched
pitching door with keyed stone arch flanked by round-arched keyed openings
at slightly lower level, that to left boarded, that to right with fixed
window. Cruciform vents. Hipped roof. Other facades have similar
features, with pair of 16-pane sashes to first floor of north facade.
