Laundry to Birdsall House (qv). Late C18. Sandstone ashlar, Westmorland
slate roof. Single storey. 9 bays, symmetrical facade. Blocked central
window opening flanked by 6-panel doors with overlights. Boarded window
openings to left. To right: one window opening boarded, 2 with 6-pane
sashes. Massive keyed lintels throughout. Hipped roof. Included for group
value.
