Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Beech Tree Farm. House. Late C18 - early
C19 with C19 extension. Brick in English bond with hammer-dressed limestone
to rear, pantile roof. Central-hallway entry. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor
windows. 6-fielded-panel door with overlight. 4-pane sashes with flat
brick arches throughout. Stepped eaves course. End stacks. C19 addition
to left not of special interest. Included for group value.
