Farmhouse with attached cart-shed and loft over. c1825 with later
alteration. Scutched sandstone with pantile roof and rebuilt brick stacks.
Central-entry plan house with cart-shed and loft to left. 2-storey, 3-
window front. C20 glazed door to house, flanked by 3-light, large-pane
horizontal sliding sashes, all with tooled heavy lintels. Double board
doors to cart-shed to left, in segmental arch of herringbone-tooled shaped
voussoirs. Indecipherable datestone to centre. Square shuttered opening
above cart arch, and 3-light large-pane horizontal sliding sashes to
remaining first-floor openings. Painted stone sills to all windows. Coped
gables. End right and centre left stacks. Rear: fixed-light fire window to
ground floor left. Remaining windows are 2-light, small-pane horizontal
sliding sashes with painted stone sills and tooled heavy lintels.
