House. Late C18 with C19 porch. Squared stone, with left gable wall of
dressed stone on plinth of herringbone-tooled stone; herringbone-tooled
quoins to left gable wall. Pantile roof with brick and stone stacks.
Weatherboard and glass porch. 2-cell, direct-entry plan; single-storey
projecting porch to centre. 2-storey, 2-window front, gable-end on street.
Part-glazed door within gabled porch. Windows are large-pane horizontal
sliding sashes with stone sills, of 3-lights to both floors left of door and
2-lights to right. Roughly herringbone-tooled lintels to ground-floor
openings. Coped gable and square-ended herringbone-tooled kneeler to left.
End left and centre stacks. Left gable wall: quoined gable end. Included
for group value.
