extending about 200 metres from
G.V. junction with The Chalks to Tun
Bridge

Raised pavement and steps. Early C19. Pennant paving on sandstone rubble
walls, with sandstone steps. Walls about one metre high, pavement about
1½ metres wide, ramped down at each end to road level, with 3 sets of steps set at
intervals; at south end 3 steps, central double flight of 3 steps, 4 steps at
north end.
