House. Early C19 with later C19 additions. Limestone rubble brought to
course, Westmorland slate roof. Central entry with later 2-canted-bay
extension to rear. 2 storeys, 6 first floor windows. 6-fielded-panel door
beneath radial fanlight in plain doorcase flanked by sashes with glazing
bars and C20 half-glazed door to extreme left. First floor: 4-pane sash and
24-pane sash with thick glazing bars to first 2 bays. Otherwise sashes with
glazing bars. End and ridge stacks. C19 extension to left not of special
interest.
