House. c1840. Hammered sandstone to front, sandstone rubble to sides and rear; bordered herringbone-tooled quoins; slate roof; brick stacks. Central stairhall plan, two rooms deep. Two storey, three bay front, the centre bay recessed beneath a segmental arch at eaves level. Central four-panel door beneath plain fanlight and rounded arch. Radial-glazed sash window beneath rounded arch to first floor above a blind balustrade. Sixteen-pane sashes with bracketed sills and heavy plain lintels throughout. End stacks pierce hipped roof.
