Former pair of cottages. Two builds: mid - late C18 with early C19 addition to left; later alteration. Dressed sandstone with herringbone tooled quoins; pantile roof; brick stacks. One and a half storey, four window front. C20 part-glazed door with heavy plain lintel to centre left. Four-panel door to centre right, flanked by two-light, small-pane, horizontal sliding sashes, all with tripartite keyed lintels. Window at end left is a canted bay with shutters and heavy plain lintel. Four two-light, small-pane, horizontal sliding sashes to first floor. Coped gable and plain kneeler to right. End and left of centre stacks.
