Farmhouse, now house. Late C18 incorporating earlier C18 house; later
alteration. Dressed sandstone to range to left; hammered sandstone with
raised sandstone ashlar quoins to right; sandstone rubble to rear. Pantile
roof; brick and ashlar stacks. 3-cell hearth-passage plan, with outshut.
2-storey, 2-window high end, with 2-low storey and attic, single window
range to left. C20 half-glazed door beneath overlight to right of low end.
2-light, small-pane horizontal sliding sash with timber lintel to left, and
similar window to first floor; C20 dormer to attic. 4-pane sashes with
painted stone sills in painted raised surrounds to high end. Stepped eaves
course. Rear: 1½-storey outshut to high end, with quoins. Two 2-light,
small-pane horizontal sliding sashes to upper floor. Coped gables and
shaped kneelers. End stacks to high end, and centre stack to low end.
