GV II
House. Mid - late C18, with C20 porch. Chiselled sandstone with pantile
roof and brick stacks. Lobby-entry plan, 1 1/2 rooms deep. 2-storey, 2-window
front, with single-storey projecting porch. 6-panel door beneath divided
overlight within gabled porch. 16-pane sashes with flat arches and painted
stone sills throughout. Stepped eaves course. End stacks. Interior:
original enclosed stairs to rear of left room. Plank doors throughout
ground floor.
