9/27 Nos 64, 66, 68 and 70

Terrace of 4 houses. Early C19 with C20 alteration. Variegated brick, in
Flemish bond to front and stretcher bond to sides; red brick quoins and
dressings; pantile roof. 3-storey, 4-window front. C20 doors, part-glazed
to no 64, the rest of 6 panels, approached by brick and stone steps, to
right of ground-floor windows. Window to no 68 is original 3-light, small-
pane, horizontal sliding sash, the remainder C20 bows with glazing bars.
Original 3-light sliding sashes to first floor and to attic except to end
right, which is a C20 cross window. Painted wedge lintels and quoined jambs
to all original windows. Modillion eaves course. Coped gables and plain
kneelers. End, centre, and centre right and left ridge stacks.
