Terrace of 4 houses. 1855 on datestone, reroofed and extended later to
rear. Variegated brick in double Flemish bond with red brick dressings;
slate roof. 3-storeys, each house of 2 bays except that to no 2 which has
3. 4-panel doors with bordered overlights in door-cases of pilasters and
entablature. Canted bays with 6- and 12-pane sashes to ground floor. 12-
pane sashes to first and second floors, with segmental arches and quoined
jambs. Raised sill band to first floor; painted stone sills to second-floor
windows. Datestone above sill band to right inscribed as follows:
ST PAULS CORNER
ANNO DOMINI
1855
LAUS DEO.
Wide overhanging eaves. End, centre and centre left and right ridge stacks
to hipped roof.
