Farmhouse. Late C18 - early C19 with late C19 alteration and extension.
Red brick in Flemish bond with weatherboard porch; pantile roof. Central-
staircase plan, 1 room deep, with rear service wing. 2-storey, 3-window
front, with single-storey lean-to extension to left. Central C20 part-
glazed door within porch. 4-pane sashes with painted stone sills
throughout. Painted, keyed, wedge lintels to all openings. Stepped eaves
course. Coped gables, shaped kneelers and end stacks.
