House. Mid C19. Dressed limestone on tooled limestone plinth, with tooled
quoins, and limestone ashlar dressings; slate roof. Central stair-hall
plan. Entrance front: 2-storey, 4-window front. Glazed and panelled
double-leafed door in quoined surround to centre. Paired 3-pane sashes to
ground floor right and C20 window above. Remaining windows are paired 6-
pane sashes divided by keel-moulded mullions in chamfered quoined surrounds.
Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End and right of centre stacks. Garden
front: 5-light, mullion and transom canted bay beneath plain coped parapet
to ground floor right. Tall 3-light, mullion and transom window to left.
All mullions are keel-moulded. Included for group value.
