GV II
House. c1800 with C20 alteration. Dressed limestone with brick eaves
course; concrete pantile roof with brick stacks. Central-staircase plan,
one room deep with outshut. 2-storey, 2-window front. Central part-glazed
door approached by stone steps. C20 windows with top-opening lights in
altered openings throughout. Heavy painted lintels to ground-floor
openings. End stacks. Included for group value.
