House and outbuilding, now house, garage and outbuilding. c1800 with C19
alteration and later extension. Dressed limestone on limestone rubble
plinth; brick eaves course; concrete pantile roof to house, with pantile
roof to garage and outbuilding; brick stacks. 3-cell, through-passage plan
with single-storey garage and outbuilding to right. Left of centre part-
glazed door, 2-light 24-pane horizontal sliding sashes to both floors to
left. Remaining windows are replacement 24-pane sashes. Painted sills to
all windows and painted tooled lintels to ground-floor openings. Painted
timber lintels to first floor. Outbuilding has double board doors with a 2-
light, small-pane horizontal sliding sash to right. End left and centre
right stacks to house.
