Terrace of 4 cottages, now 3. c1800 with late C19 and C20 alterations.
Square limestone with brick eaves and irregular hammered quoins; rendered
gable wall to right with slate roofed bay window; pantile roof with brick
stacks, partly rebuilt. 2-storey, 6-window front. C20 part-glazed doors to
nos 21 and 22 to left, both flanked by small-paned casements. No 20 to
right has door of 6 raised and fielded panels within C20 trellis porch, and
further board door to right. End window to right is 2-light, 24-pane
horizontal sliding sash, and remaining windows are C20 large-pane casements.
No first-floor windows at end right. Painted stone sills to windows.
Painted tooled wedge lintels to all ground-floor openings and painted timber
lintels to first-floor windows. Gable wall to right: C19 canted bay with
small-pane sashes and 2-light, 18-pane casement above, with painted wedge
lintel. Rear: single-storey lean-to outbuilding to each cottage. Centre,
and centre left and right stacks.
