House. Early C19. Coursed dressed limestone with quoins, on plinth; brick
eaves course with pantile roof and brick stacks; weatherboard glazed porch.
Central-staircase plan, 1 room deep, with rear service wing. 2-storey, 3-
window front. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels, the top 2
glazed. 16-pane sashes with painted stone sills throughout. Cambered
arches to all openings. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks.
Plain railings and garden gate to front.
