5/125 Cherry Tree House

GV II
House. Early C19 with C20 alteration. Dressed sandstone with pantile roof
and rebuilt brick stacks. Central-stairhall plan, l 1/2 rooms deep. 2-storey
and attic, 2-window front. Centre door of 6 raised and fielded panels
beneath divided overlight. 16-pane sashes with painted stone sills to
ground and first floors. Painted wedge lintels to ground and first-floor
openings. C20 gabled dormers with bargeboards. Coped gables and shaped
kneelers. End stacks.
