Earlier C19 pair of cottages. Symmetrical facade with 5 windows and central
carriageway. 2 storeys. Slated roof with coped gables. Red brick with coursed,
squared grit stone rubble facade. Recessed sash windows; 1st floor with shutters;
No 22 with modern ground floor bow window. Segmental arched carriageway with
entrances on returns. Included for group value.
Nos l5 to 22 (consec) form a grouD with the return of No 1 Church square and
the parish church of Christchurch.
