Early-mid C18 cottage, altered. 2 storeys. Double-fronted with 2 windows. Welsh
slate roof with coped gables and kneelers. Coursed grit stone rubble. Slightly
recessed sash windows with plain heads and shutters. Entrance with plain stone
surround with modern glazed door. Kitchen outshut with original roof beams.

No 104 forms a group with Nos 2 to 4 (even) Bachelor Gardens.
