Circa 1902. Circular tower in classical style. Rusticated grit stone ashlar.
3 storey structure with octagonal podium with bracketed cornice. Tuscan pilasters
rise through 1st and 2nd floor carrying modified cornice. Podium with arched
recesses and doorway with rusticated block dressings. Pedimented 1st and 2nd
floor windows in alternating bays with glazing bars. Modern metal water tank
with decorative corona and small central octagonal lantern with ogee roof. Date
plaque in recess on west side of podium.
