C19 mid later semi-detached pair. 2 storeys, basement and dormers. 2 windows each with linked, 1 window, recessed entrance bays. Slated hipped roof. Grit stone ashlar with eaves cornice. Architraved sash windows; outer bays with 1st floor cornices and ground splayed bay windows; 1st floor window of entrance bays with segmental arches and balustraded balconies. Entrances with pilasters carrying entablature, fanlights and panelled door, approached by steps.

Nos 1 and 2 and Cedar Court Hotel form a group.
